Boot Camp – Foundations of Leadership

The Foundations of Leadership is a day-long Boot Camp that employs an evidence-based framework. Through the inclusion of Character, Empathy, Trust, Ownership, & Learning (CETOL), we establish both a framework and a jumping off point for beginning or continuing a lifelong journey of growth by learning the skills necessary to accomplish any task or objective. This Boot Camp begins with Character and "Leading Self": Who am I? What is important to me? How do I choose to show up as a leader? This is followed by "Leading in Relationships" which includes the impact of empathy and emotional intelligence in establishing Trust. The third domain is "Leading in Teams", followed by "Leading in Organizations" which address accountability in the form of individual Ownership and the assumption of responsibility.

All American Leadership has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and for those seeking to maintain their PMI® certifications, we offer 9 PDUs for this day long boot camp.

Core Purpose Discovery Workshop

This foundational session can either be delivered stand alone or as part of a long-term Executive Academy. The purpose of this session is to develop, clarify, or review for relevance, the core purpose or value that an organization brings to society beyond its extrinsic market value.

Programs

Executive Academy

Designed for executive leadership teams, this program focuses on alignment and cultural transition. This 12-18 month program is focused on face-to-face, on-site meetings. Each 2-day session, takes place approximately every five weeks (One program day, and one day of individual coaching). The Executive Academy is built around a 1:10 to 1:12 faculty to student ratio. This program includes two (before and after) Employee Engagement Surveys and one Star Assessment.

Emerging Leader Academy

This 6-month continuous improvement program is tailored to meet the needs of emerging and mid-level leaders. Emphasizing and reiterating the same principles and learning modules included in the Executive Academy, this program is designed to begin approximately 6-8 months following the beginning of the Executive Academy. The Emerging Leader Academy consists of five (5) on-site visits, scheduled every 5 weeks. This program is intended to provide a vehicle for senior leaders participating in the Executive Leadership Academy to assume formal coach/mentor roles within their own organization. This is a fabulous vehicle to begin building expanded momentum around a sustained leadership culture. This program will be on-going and conducted once or twice annually.
